“It’s up to us to create”: Mathilde

Mathilde has been a fitter advisor at the Gautier store in Grenoble for 6 years. She draws her inspiration from her travels, on social networks and in magazines. Professional deformation requires, when she goes to visit friends or family, she cannot help but mentally change the arrangement of the furniture and optimize the space in her head.

Several steps are essential to successfully carrying out a project and making an appointment is the first. The creation itself begins during the second meeting during which Mathilde absorbs the client's style thanks to the photos and plans he has brought. Thanks to all of these elements and relying on the 3D design software Gautier Home, it materializes the project to allow the client to project themselves into their future interior. Once it is validated, all that remains for Mathilde is to check the availability of the products in store so that the customer can see and touch them and thus confirm that they perfectly correspond to their expectations and desires. The last step corresponds to the delivery of the products and their installation by the Gautier approved delivery men/technicians: the customer then only has to arrange their belongings in their new furniture and devote themselves to its decoration.
